Today I stop at Burger King on Montgomery Road and Route 34 in Illinois to buy Wednesday Whopper at discount price. The lady on the cash register refuse to honour the coupon first of all she knows very little english. Very poor customer service.

They have to adjust hours due to staffing issues and cleaning. I understand that. But when you say you will be open at 4am. Shouldn't you be? Waste gas to go out my way every morning hoping for my morning coffee for work. Such a dissappoinment with this company anymore. I haven't had my coffee for 3 weeks now. Service is nothing like it use to be!

Burger King charges up the butt for everything definitely don't go there because they will rip you off soon much

Ok boys and girls. Strap yourselves in for another review. Today my wife and I went to the Burger King inside Square One shopping mall in Mississauga Canada. We wanted a bacon cheeseburger combo from the King Deals menu. No problem, right? WRONG! The idiot server told me I could have it because IT WASN'T ON THE MENU when it actually was. We pointed it out to her three times but she still wouldn't get it through her thick skull. We got mad and left. We went to Big Smoke Gourmet Burgers instead and we got what we wanted there. No argument. No "IT'S NOT ON THE MENU". I swear some people leave their brains at home before they go to work.

I'm highly disappointed by their delivery services! They either deliver late or just cancel the order without informing right on time!

BURGER KING - 1351 Golden Springs Rd, Anniston, AL We pulled up to place the order and there was no response. No hello, or acknowledgment that they were listening. My friend said hello twice before someone literally yelled to go ahead and say your order. Her tone was very rude and loud. The order was timely but the food was dry and hard (chicken sandwich) the fries were luke warm. And they provided no napkins. If I could I would give this a 0 rating based on service alone.

I watched them pull the pre-cooked meat out of a bucket of water & put it the microwave. Then serve it to me. I almost threw up. Burger king is diagusting.

This complaint is in regards to manager Austin treating employees like $#*! u can't do that and get away with it I'm going over your head I will be calling corporate little boy

Burger King has a racist manager on duty name Nicole he is known for calling black people niggars and nothing is done to Nicole I'm getting ready to boycott and have a picket black lives matter outside of Burger King if she is not fired...

I don't know what you have done to the food at Burger King but I have to admit it absolutely sucks now.

The chicken sandwich was too salty and not even the dog would eat it. No napkins included with order, which manifests a total lack of concern on the part of the restaurant for proper hygiene. Once I got home, I found that some the items that I paid for were not included. Will never visit BK again, too bad.
